About Me
I’m Chantale Kennedy,a certified Pilates, Barre, and Sculpt instructor dedicated to helping clients move with confidence, strength, and ease. I teach both Mat and Reformer sessions, blending classical Pilates principles with modern, evidence-based movement to create sessions that are effective, accessible, and engaging. My approach is rooted in continuous learning and a deep respect for Pilates as a comprehensive method practiced across all apparatus—not limited to just one modality. In addition to Pilates, I lead Barre and Sculpt classes for those seeking low-impact training with a more dynamic, high-energy feel.With certifications in Anatomy, Matwork, Reformer, Pre- and Postnatal Pilates, and Pilates Programming & Progression, I design sessions that are both safe and thoughtfully tailored to each individual. My goal is simple: to help you build a strong, balanced body while developing a deeper connection to how you move—so you can move with intention.
